Ever logged in to find multiple old projects open you’d forgotten about? Until now, XER Schedule Toolkit would always reopen exactly where you left off – great for some, but a nuisance for others who just wanted a clean start. With 1.3, you’re in charge: a new setting allows you to choose your default experience. Prefer to pick up where you left off? No problem. Want a blank slate every login? Just switch it on in your user settings. No more unwanted clutter or confusion – just the way you want to work.
🔍 Resizable Compare Project Dialog
Project titles matter—and you made it clear you wanted to see them in full when comparing schedules. Now, the Compare Project dialog can be resized to fit your needs, so you can quickly identify the right schedules without second guessing.
📂 Effortless Baseline Submission
Enterprise users love the submit feature, but consistently wanted a simpler way to include baselines. Now, when submitting your schedule via shared folders, any attached baseline is automatically included – no extra steps required. Your project with its baseline gets submitted together, making handover as easy as possible.
🌐 No More Cache Clearing After Updates
Browsers are great at trying to “help” by storing old information, but this sometimes meant you didn’t see the latest version of XER Schedule Toolkit right away, and had to clear your cache to get things working smoothly again. With this update, we’ve put those browser hiccups behind us. XER Schedule Toolkit now handles updates automatically in the background, so you’ll always have the latest features and fixes. First impressions count. That’s why we’ve updated our invitation emails for enterprise users, giving them a sharper, more modern look to make onboarding new users feel as professional as the toolkit itself.
Submitted Projects Now in Compare Tool
Previously, projects submitted to enterprise users weren’t always appearing in the Compare Projects tool. Thanks to your feedback, this issue has been fixed – submitted projects now show up exactly where you expect them. We appreciate everyone who took the time to report this and help make XER Schedule Toolkit better for everyone.
