To ensure consistent performance, reliability, and fair access for all customers, we operate a Fair Usage Policy.
Usage Allowance
Fair usage is measured based on the total number of activities across all projects associated with your account.
Each Project Controller Licence includes an allowance of up to 100,000 activities in total.
Managing Usage
To remain within fair usage thresholds, we recommend:
- Deleting or archiving projects that are no longer active or required
- Regularly reviewing schedules to ensure only current and necessary activities are retained
To help you stay within these guidelines, we recommend keeping your project database tidy. If you no longer need certain projects, it’s easy to remove them. We’ve put together a step-by-step guide on our forum:

Additional Capacity
If your total activity count exceeds 100,000 activities per Project Controller Licence, additional capacity can be purchased in blocks of 100,000 activities for £99.00 per annum.
