If you’re on a trail license that’s coming to an end or if you want to upgrade from an associate type of license to a full admin license, then you can either click upgrade now from any screen within the toolkit or head over to you manage accounts section. You can review the existing license details here, and if you want to go ahead and subscribe to a full package click subscribe.

There are a number of standard licensed packages you can choose from, select the one that’s appropriate to you. Choose to pay monthly or annually by clicking here. When your happy click “let’s go”.

You will be asked to confirm that you agree with the terms and conditions and providing that you do click accept, this will redirect you to our payment provider service which is Barclaycard.

Select the type of payment you are going to use, ensure that this button is ticked this will allow Barclaycard to store your card details and set up the subscription process. You can of course cancel your subscription following the initial payment and then no further subscription payments will be taken. Fill out the rest of your card details and then click yes to confirm.

Once your payment has been accepted, you will automatically be redirected, your account will be updated. Where you can check your new account details by referring to the manage account section and, as you can see, my account details have been updated, and I also have the option to cancel my subscription at any time.
