How Do I Upgrade My Trial To A Full Subscription

You can upgrade your XER licence by clicking the purchase licence button in the Toolkit’s side menu. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription from your account page. Here, you can review your current licence details and upgrade by clicking “Purchase”.

We offer a range of licence types, so you can choose the one that best suits you. You can pay on a monthly basis or save by taking advantage of our annual payment pricing. If you can’t see the right licence for you, then contact us on sales@xertoolkit.com, and we can design your ideal bespoke package. We also support corporate buyers with purchase order and invoicing processes, so be sure to get in touch.

Once you have chosen your licence, click the green “Buy now” button. You will then need to accept our terms and conditions to continue the subscription process. You will be redirected to the payment screen. Fill out all the required fields before clicking the pay button at the bottom of the window.

Payments will be taken on a monthly or annual basis from the day you subscribed. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and no further subscription payments will be taken. Once your payment is processed and accepted, your account will be updated to match your new licence. You can check your upgrade details in your account area. You can now see your new licence details at the top of the page. To switch, cancel, or find subscription support, simply click the “Manage subscription” button.
