How to cancel a subscription

Managing your XER Schedule Toolkit subscription is quick and straightforward. In this video, we show you how to cancel your subscription from the Manage Account page within XER Schedule Toolkit.

Learn how to stop your subscription safely, confirm cancellation, and understand what happens during the short processing period. Once submitted, your licence status will update to Cancel Pending, and any payments made after this point will be refunded within 24 hours.
