How to cancel a subscription

Need to cancel your XER Schedule Toolkit subscription? This short video shows you how – simply head to your account page, click Manage Subscription, and select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the window.

Once confirmed, your licence status will show as Cancel Pending. No further payments will be taken, and you’ll retain full access to your subscription and any allocated licences right up until the expiry date. Manage your subscription any time via your Account page on xertoolkit.com.
