If you have an XER license package you can assign individual licenses to different users. Hover over your email address on the top right and then select manage account, your license details are displayed on the left, you will also be able to see a list of licenses you can distribute.

The license type as indicated on the left of the text box with one admin license assigned to your own account, enter the email addresses of each user that you’d like to allocate with a license, when you have finished assigning the licenses click update to grant users access to the XER toolkit.

Please note that users must register for a new account using the email that you assign to their license.

There is no limit on the number of times you can reallocate licenses so as people leave and join your organisation you are free to distribute licenses accordingly, to do this simply delete the email you wish to remove, enter the replacing email if needed and then click update, the license will be removed from the old email and the user with the new email address will be able to access the XER toolkit.
