How to manage licence holders within my subscription package

If you have an XER licence package, you can assign individual licences to different users. Head over to the account management area by clicking your name on the bottom left. Your licence details are displayed at the top, and the Licence Allocation area is just beneath.

To start assigning licences, click the Manage button in the Licence Allocation area. You’ll be taken to the management page, where you can start the process by clicking Add user. Enter the email address of the person you wish to give a licence to, and then select the licence type where applicable. Changes will take effect as soon as you click the Add button. Simply click the Add user button in the top left to repeat the process.

Please note that the added users must register an account using the assigned emails in order to access the toolkit. You can also export and import users, which is helpful when working with a user list that is particularly long. There is no limit to the number of times you can change licence holders. Simply remove the old user and then add the new one as usual. This allows you to freely redistribute licences as people leave or join your organisation.
