If you have projects within your database that have either been shared, have a baseline assigned, or you are managing your project progress update process using the XER toolkit, then it is important to understand how to revise a project to the latest version following an update.

To retain the current project settings, reports, and baselines you need to click on the hamburger menu under the options header, at the end of the project row, before the import latest version option. The process for selecting or importing an updated project schedule is like assigning a baseline, we initially need to choose whether to retain or delete the original project, in this example we will be deleting the original project, once you have made your decision you will need to choose the file containing the updated product project schedule, the toolkit will upload and update the project to the selected latest version whilst retaining all share settings assigned baselines and any progress update information.
