The XER toolkit can quickly and simply export schedule information into an Excel worksheet. Open the projects you wish to include in the worksheet and then choose the appropriate layout from the schedule drop-down menu, for this tutorial we will use all activities.

You can customise what to include in your Excel worksheet by collapsing rows or using the layout tools on the left of the schedule viewer. Once you have the appropriate settings in place click export to Excel on the left-hand menu, adjust the export options as you require and then the toolkit will generate and download the worksheet. The produced worksheet is a standard Excel workbook and can be shared with and viewed by anyone with a program that can open Microsoft Excel files.
