Our most popular package is the team package; this consists of two admin licenses along with eight associate licenses. An admin user is able to import and also to share project information with other toolkit users. An associate user has access to the full functionality of the XER schedule toolkit, to be able to view and analyse projects that have been shared with them by an admin user. Licenses can be managed directly through the application, sign in, head over to manage your account, and then simply add the email addresses of each user type, either admin or associates and then click to update.
Changes will take effect immediately and there are no limits to the number of times that you can make changes, meaning that as people join or leave your organisation you are free to update your user base as required.
