Understanding the Price Plans and the Types of Licences

Whether you’re an individual or a large organisation, there is an XER Toolkit licence package to suit you. We have various packages, but we can also provide a bespoke quotation tailored to suit your organisation. Just send us an email on sales@xertoolkit.com and we’ll start designing a package just for you. We offer both monthly and annual pricing options for you to choose from.

Our most popular package is the Individual Plus package. This consists of one Project Controller licence and two Professional licences. Project Controllers are able to make extensive use of the toolkit and can also import and share project information with other toolkit users. A professional user has access to the full functionality of the XER Schedule Toolkit, so they can view and analyse projects that have been shared with them by a Project Controller.

Licences can be managed directly through the application. Sign in, head over to your account area, and then click the Licence Allocation Manage button. You’ll be taken to the Licence Management page, where you can start the process by clicking Add user. Enter the email address of the person you wish to give a licence to, and then select the licence type where applicable. Changes will take effect as soon as you click the Add button.

You can also export and import users, which is helpful when working with a user list that is particularly long. There is no limit to the number of times you can change licence holders. Simply remove the old user and then add the new one as usual. This allows you to freely redistribute licences as people leave or join your organisation.
